shut down error vista build 5384

Whenever I try to shut down my computer, for some reason there is this blue screen reading IRQL NOT LESS OR EQUAL. Does anybody know what's causing this, and more importantly, how I can fix it? Except for this I love having Vista on my computer.

For some reason whenever I hit shut down, a blue screen appears saying IRQL NOT LESS OR EQUAL. Does anybody know how I could correct this issue? Except for this, I love having Windows Vista.

Have you checked the logs or Event Viewer for any problems?
